Fees

The first lesson is absolutely free. No strings attached. Use it as an opportunity to ask any questions (the only silly questions are ones which you want to ask, but don't) and get a taste of what piano lessons with me would be like. Only if you see any benefit would we talk about any future lessons.

I am a fully accredited teacher under the NSW Department of Education and Training. I believe education should be affordable and I only teach to share my passion for music; and the wonderful instrument that is the piano. As such, my fees are well below the minimum rate recommended by the Music Teacher's Association (MTA) of NSW of $66 per hour.

Here are Piano the Fun Way's standard rates, and they apply to both Classical and Contemporary lessons:

Beginners (to Grade 2):

  • $30 for 30 minutes
  • $40 for 45 minutes
  • $50 for 60 minutes

Intermediates (Grade 3) to Advanced (Grade 8):

  • $40 for 30 minutes
  • $50 for 45 minutes
  • $60 for 60 minutes

I also conduct some lessons in Kellyville and West Pennant Hills at an extra cost. Please contact me for further details.
